How do I place an order?

Shopping on TwinsFaja.com is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  1. Click on ADD TO CART to add this product to your cart
  2. Click on Cart in the top right corner
  3. Click on CHECKOUT

Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email or Username and password

>> Enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate
>> Choose your preferred Payment Method 

>> Click on CONFIRM ORDER to complete your order.

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. (Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order)

You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account and going to My order section and clicking on see details

Why am I having trouble adding products in the shopping cart?

If you are having trouble adding products to your cart, please make sure that you have made all relevant size and color selections. If you still have problems, this may mean that the item you are trying to buy is sold out.

Will all of the items in my order arrive in a single package?

If your order consists of items from more than one seller, your items will arrive separately. If your order consists of items from a single seller, your items may arrive together or separately. If your orders arrive separately, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will be delivered shortly.

TwinsFaja delivers products to customers all over Nigeria. Lagos 2-5, Abuja 3-8 & other states 4-9 days


Who will deliver my order?

Your order may be delivered by KOS, by other courier companies, or by the seller or the Vendor’s agents, depending on whether the item was sold by TwinsFaja or a third-party seller and on the delivery method chosen by a third-party seller. You may be called prior to or on the same day as delivery to see if you are available to receive your order.

There are no hidden costs or charges when you order from Twinsfaja.com. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.

Why do I have to provide my email address to register?
